I have recently graduated and now looking for jobs and came across an offer from a trading firm.. guess i did not feel comfortable with no salary and only a profit sharing arrangement...
the problem is, i'm comfortable with my trading and don't see much incentive sharing profits with the company when i can keep what i make
why would you want to share your profits with the company? what is the incentive for such an arrangement?
