Hi Jaded, one can enter a short anytime they wish .. as long as it is allowed by the broker .. I would imagine you can only short TON with a CFD .. but not sure cause have never used anything else ..

Best though to only be looking for a short position/scalp with confirmed weakness in the background .... if there is none you are running the same gamble when some buy long on a stock that is plunging and expecting others to support it/buy... ahhhhh

atm the intraday chart does not mean much cause we've only had the one big splash day .. need a few more days for it to pan out .. .. like add some meat to the bones so we can see the potential weak areas ... and these areas will likely not be in way concerned with previous resistance .. I mean this upcoming action will create its own weakness/resistance areas and that will be seen on the chart.
