Quite possible that TON management have this planned. But a CR now after a 90minute pump will not be sucking in any investors. They would need to go harder for longer. Many examples spring to mind. A classic was PAB just over a year ago. They took it from 3c to 10c in less than a week and then raised at 5c. Still ended up with a shortfall though.
TON goes into THs outside of market hours - so little danger for us DTers.
