Yeah Endless, my buy and hold mentality has been trashed over the years by a few Bio stocks; mega opportunity cost mainly, not big losses.

Used to DT mainly to pass the time but now is the only focus. Learning heaps off everyone but have sort of drifted into my own 'macgyver' interpretation of charts. Certainly no technical whiz but I seem to get by.

'I reckon if I could get $1000 a day I would be more than happy. But even DTing returns are lumpy.'

I agree; damn near impossible to do when the small end isn't running so am enjoying it while it lasts.

I only started the whole stock thing in 2005 so the GFC gave me an early lesson.

Hopefully I can hang around as long as you crusty old bastards.
