If u r fresh from uni, you can't claim it...otherwise like I have done many certifications in different field, I'd be getting refunds rather than paying tax.
The course should have a relevant connection/direct relation with your current employment.
You can't claim as deduction by saying If I do/study Bachelor of Accounting I will get Accounting job when I am working in Computer Science.
But of course I will get deduction by saying that If I do/study Bachelor of Computer Science I will get IT Manager's job from current IT Assistant's job.
