treggs, Is it a typo? Is DOW in US dollar and XJO in AUS dollar already? What you can do about them?
Anyway, if you do the other way around, particularly XJO in US dollar, it would make sense.
In local currency term,
We have seen all American markets, Southern or Northern are in 52 weeks high;
Germany, British, are in 52 weeks high;
Hong Kong is in 52 weeks high;
India and Indonesia are in all time high;
We are not. And funny XAO out-perform XJO since April high.
Remember, we are the best economy in the world. Everybody else are eating sour grapes.
But our market is under-performing because of rising our dollars. What is the benefit to us except visiting the people who are eating sour grapes. I did not see any benefit buying imported staff cheaply. The same price for Ipod, notebook, cars, TV..... Are we eating the sour grape too?
