Seneca: Thanks for your well-thought out post. It will be good for AGS to have extra funds and drive a hard bargain with the "blues bros" going forward...
Perhaps we see a combination of things:
To regular shareholders but also to "sophisticated investors" or
To a strategic shareholder and the rest to regular shareholders that want to participate
or or or...
many possibilities. But I believe that it might just be a straight issue to current shareholder but underwritten for any shortfall by the big guns in AGS.
Interesting to speculate here. Time will tell and soon, i.e. on Monday.
