Whats with the false and misleading information you're posting, maybe someone needs to investigate you?
According to Al Maynard and associates in their independant valuation of the "doutch tenements" the finding was as follows.
AM&A have determined the following # The stand Alone value of the Doutch tenements is $10.15 Million. #The additional value to GWR is $18.2 million.
(due to being able to mine their own ore in what would have been a restricted area due to bounderies infringement)
Total Value to GWR is $28.35 Million. Purchase price $12.5 Million. This to me seems like a reasonable investment on behalf of GWR and it's share holders.
This tenement also contains Gold deposits as well.
So please tell us where you get a $50,000 valuation from?
The misinformation you are spreading is detrimental to all shareholders. Maybe it is you that needs to be put under the microscope, what are your motives for down ramping the company and what do you stand to gain from it. Perhaps you want to short the stock for your own benefit?
As for JD knowing the outcome of the vote before it was cast, it's not exactly rocket science. Everyone knew which way FAS would vote, they made it clear in their letter to the GWR shareholders.
Also considering that JD may know many of the larger shareholders in GWR, it wouldn't be hard for him to do a phone around to canvas support beforehand, thus giving him an indication of how the votes were likely to be cast.
There is nothing sinister or underhand in any of this, perhaps you should stick to reading conspiracy novels instead of opening your mouth and making a fool of yourself.
