I looked at it for a couple of hours today. they do have a market ATM but with 80% with one group and you wouldnt want them to change there mind or its down hill fast.
The O&G play I couldnt find that much about it'
At 1 cent there are a lot that are less buyable than PAA.
But the biggest thing is the lack of volume easy to buy hard to sell. But I'm going to out a small order in on Monday to hold and see couple of grand and sell before 2c makes a good LITTLE profit for something to do nothing more and nothing less seams doable
