Agreed, ome stock portfolio is super dangerous... What was that share that caught out quite a lot of HC poseters a few years ago and sent some to bankruptcy...
It was a HC darling, they piled in and the one morning it went into a trading halt before open, and never came out...fraud...
Or a mining share a mate put $150k into, a speccy with a great story, the same thing happened 2 days later. A Trading halt for about a year, the re-opened for a fraction... He did $150k...
Sometimes there are black swann events.. Like fraud... No amount of research will predict that...
