Price does not have to do anything, anytime, but the strongest probabilities are a back test or a zoomie move. I would say given the size of that big green bar, you might get the 3 bar zoom across the ML. The problem is your chart is a weekly, and that is really a pattern from the daily time frame. I have no idea how often it plays out on a weekly.
