Thanks Dgoransson for the lovely charts and explanation on EXT. Following your charts, I took a look at EXT studying its price movements within a linear regression channel and would like to share some interesting observations.
As you can see, the prices of EXT are moving within an uptrend channel where good buying opportunities occur at the edge bands of the linear regression channel and excellent selling opportunities occur at the top of the bands as marked on the chart. Some good buying opportunities also occur at the crossover of the prices above the mid band of the linear regression channel as shown as well.
You can also see that we had attempted to do a mid band buy recently, but had failed to stay above the mid band for a sustained move and prices have held sideways. It appears we are now poised for a retest or outbreak of the midband channel, and if this is successful, prices are expected to move upwards to hit the top band of the linear regression channel.
