i broke my LT holding rules with NMS and exited a couple months back, only because it's the company i know better than any other and it was crying out sell imo, plus some disturbing comments from mgmt and a giant like WOR warning the market where the o&g sector was at this half.

If the 90+150 cross then sure 20c could be on the cards.

I also picked up the H&S on the monthly but H&S patterns seem to be a trap in the last 12 months for me so a bit cautious.
