Points for further decline:

- Price has broken all time low upward slopping support,
- MACD below zero, and histogram has not indicated a low either
- has not completed downward repeating range price point

Points for upward price movement:
- sitting on 195 EMA;
- stochs at historic low as A09 pointed out;
- hitting previous stoch resistance (now acting as support?)
- falling wedge pattern.
