A quick note on the 50 EMA used in the AKK chart. This is not a one size fits all EMA, this is one that I felt picked the swings the best for AKK. Im finding that doing this along with using envelopes is very helpfull for getting in rhythm with the individual stock.

Most pro's will stick to trading the same stock so it figures that the stock will indeed form a predictable rhythm that slightly changes from stock to stock.

Sticking to just a handfull of stocks and learning the personalities of same has a lot of advantages. I tend to do this naturally but only recently has it really been pointed out to me that you can have a real edge by not skipping from stock to stock all over the market and instead, specialising in a handfull.
