Fine work again sharks.

I like charting QBE but I've never traded it. A parallel grid frames the price action for me.
I see quite a few hurdles to jump before a sustained rise in price can be expected:
-the dotted neck line of the H&S, the red grid line, and then $18.50 which has had many significant touches over the years.
Wouldn't $15 be a gift of an entry!
