Yeap mate definately not a traders stock

The volume here is what interests me.
Wednesday it had massive volume and was only traded for and 1 hour and a half before it went into a trading halt.
Managements reply to the speeding ticket was we know nothing.
Opened again thursday with a slight sell off and then again on Friday until buyers stepped in again.

My question is is someone big getting in or have they created a mini rally for a classic pump and dump.
