Could you please answer some questions for me? I am new.

1. when the share price is above ema41, we should long? (should we wait for ema41 above ema195 for comfirmation?)

2. when share price is above ema41, and ema41 crosses ema195, and above, it's even better to have long position?

3. how to set up a stop loss function on etrade, say buy at 23c, stop loss at 21c. As I don't want to check the screen all the time. and does etrade automatically sell the share for me when it hits 21c or it just sms me and I have to do it manually?
