Personally I am finding this market very difficult. Whilst that old adage of "the market is not the economy" is very worth remembering I believe the offshore big money investors dont think that and they are the ones who ultimately drive our market these days.

People I have been speaking with generally have the same thing to say "lack of investable opportunities" due to concentrated oligopolies and a poor growth outlook given debt levels and asset prices.

But, to try and live in the solution rather than in the problem I supose we can say that it is a market that suits traders who can take profit quickly. We probably all just need to ratchet down our profit expectations under that scenario.
