Here's an old (non-copyright) cycle prediction by Daniel Ferrera.

Since December last year the prediction has been hard down while the SP500 has been basically sideways.

The upcoming double bottoms are (to my eye) mid September this year and mid January next year.

The 2000 and 2007 double top is now equivalent to a 38% or 3/8 retracement of the bull market since March 2009... An ideal level for a drop that keeps the uptrend intact.

The XJO... Hmmmm, well, that's another story!
