Excellent chart Wassup.
Just delving a little deeper I find that the run from 1982 low to 2000 high was 211 months. Add 211 months and we arrive at October 2017 which is the same as the 360 month count from the 1987 low so a nice balance of time there and the 180 month 2002 low balances the 2017 date.
Also worth noting the 1982 to 2000 range = 1450.87. It was repeated from 2009 to 2015. The lower high on 3/11/2015 was 1449.69 points. Missed it by that much...

The 1929 bear was 1039 days.  Add that to the high on 1/12/2014 it equals 5/10/2017.

But hoo knows .. where is will end.
