I am away this weekend; actually at hol house and just walked in, glass of wine .... what market? LOL Put on the music and "walk on wild side" came on ... Takes me back .... Then Pretenders .... & just now "Evie; Stevie bloody wright!!! Lol
Back to subject, likely to be chart free this weekend. How about a few newbies try? Judging by some of the obscure names I see sometimes on the TU there are lots if lurkers out there. Have a go!
I just noticed NFP 10:30pm AEST; is that right. 1 hour before US market opens??? Unusual???
I have tried several times to trade the associated volatility; most recently (several months ago) using binaries. I tried to get a decent spread either side of market an hour or so before announcement but from memory got murdered on spread.
I would really welcome any thoughts on how anyone trades it?
In my experience any conventional entry you need incredibly wide stops to manage the whipsawing that often occurs.
