    Brainard speaks our time 3.00 AM cannot see how she will roil markets, recent data has been less than impressive.

    We could bounce tomorrow, particularly if she pushes the view out to December. The USD has been tempered by limited QE in Europe, Japan and UK. A strengthening USD is the Fed's biggest nightmare, if that is contained a December hike gets becomes more likely.
