Good to see you back Martis, your last post caused a decent 1 day rally in the XJO so let's hope your presence can have a repeat effect next week.

I don't agree with your comment though. The last time The Fed raised rates last December the world didn't end, and it won't next time either. US markets are currently near record levels and this type of reaction from the financial institutions and news media is simply their way of promoting an excuse to cover their taking profits from the suckers who bought late in the recent rally. When they have pushed it low enough and re-loaded we will suddenly see a "fears of fed rate rise ease" headline on CNBC and the like and they will push it back up again. Same old story, accumulate and distribute, for the next short term cycle, not a world-ending spiral.
