    In Friday's thread, 48&34 asked a pertinent question:

    Weekend chat should be very interesting this week with only one trading week left in the Fin. Year. It would take a brave person to attempt to predict what is likely to happen to the index. Was this week a short squeeze or is there a better explanation for the extraordinary price action?

    Any ideas?
