weekend charting easter, page-51

Hey 10c, having a look at the WPL chart I like the fact its up against that downtrend resistance, but dont like the fact that if you consider this high and the last 2 highs form a downtrend, then the early Feb low is still the lowest low on that downtrend and we havent seen a higher low. The increasing price of oil would suggest WPL a possible break of that downtrend, but we will still need a higher low to confirm a trend reversal I think. It will be interesting...
