Yes Guppy goes on a bit but I enjoyed that book in particular and have successfully utilised information from it.

I follow robs work and like very much what he does, amongst the many others here and on the XJO and Fx threads. I try the keep my analysis as simple as possible but enjoy the detailed analysis.

Really only got interested in TA about 4 years ago and even more so in the last 2. I am a contrarian fundamentalist investor at heart but the use of TA has improved my results greatly. Especially for contrarian entry points and knowing when NOT to place a trade.

Many of the aspects of HC I dislike immensely, however the genuine sharing that occurs on this thread each week is an exception. I am 53 but never to old to learn and this is a great place to do just that.
