You also asked for a chart on QBE. Here's my read of the situation.

Price gapped down on open today to finish right on the descending red pitchfork's median line. Given the weakness in the share price and the volumes traded yesterday and today, I am not confident that the median line will provide support and therefore I would expect price to penetrate the red median line then retest it from below as resistance in the near term.

Note that the internal 0.25 line (in pink) has provided a reliable support level earlier within the red pitchfork and it may well mark the limit of penetration of the red median line (should that occur) in the immediate future.
