Not sure, but have good experiences with the stocks that break through resistance line as per the one at 20, if it does i like to rely on the fibs.
Higher highs and high lows, and look at the volume on the rises ?? And the volume seems to becoming tighter with each surge higher, so maybe some that are buying are keeping some too ??
