I'm not sure if you're holding or not, but what we are currently seeing on the chart is nothing to be excited about. If you are considering on taking a position, I would be waiting for some serious signs of strength to appear.
If you're not sure what to be looking for, simply flip the chart upside down. Those up-thrusts would then become shake-outs, pushing down to flush out sellers only to close back on their high proving that whoever is interested in NEU is REALLY interested in it.
