It has helped me make some decisions on my next share purchase which by the way will be ROC based on the look of the chart and the future valuations of the SP by analysts who a number of have buy recommendations on
A firm belief on increase in oil prices in the very near future makes this a reasonable punt IMO or at the very least warrants further investigation and to be put on a watchlist
