There was a great deal of interest from people who wanted to discuss or read about stocks that could be traded short term (a couple of days to a couple of weeks), for a profit.

This led to the Short Term Trading Forum being established (Monday I hope). I believe that the intention is to highlight ANY stock on the ASX that posters believe to have the potential for short term profit. TA and FA is welcome, although I suspect being a shorter time frame for investment, the forum will attract people more incline to use TA as their trading tool.

Posters should back their claims up with evidence eg a chart or specific details, otherwise their post is useless. As far as analysis etc, as mentioned in your post, I think it will be a case of lets try and see how it goes. Any additional insights or alternative charts would bolster and add depth to the thread. Additional analysis only helps to clarify strategies and would be a huge positive.
