Stochastics are a basic simple indicator and I guess thats the main reason i use them,sure at time it will have you in and out of trades too early or too late, but i find its my best indicator and if all else is struggling thats where i go for the final decision. I use MACD rarely and would be better if you watched for other chartists who use it.
Johno also asked for an explanation on something with stochastics but i couldnt find the post and i think he missed where i asked him in general a week ago so if someone remembers the question pop it up.
