    The package you see is called Fcharts, which stands for free charts. I use the professional version, which is not free, and Pro is the version which comes with the pitchfork drawing tool. Gannalyst is a freeby, You can use Fcharts to download the data, and then feed it into Gannalyst.

    A pitchfork is drawn from 3 points P(zero, 1, and 2). If P(0) is a low, P1 should be a high and P2 a low. The middle line should go through the median (middle) of the gap between P1 an P2. Then the resistance and support tines are drawn parallel to the ML.

    Having said that, look for a package that draws the lines for you, then draw a few hundred for practice. In fact, post a few charts. There is nothing like sticking your neck out a few times to improve your technique, but it is much easier when the package keeps all the parallels for you.

    ASX200 on gannalyst looks like this. Fcharts Pro is about $170 I think, but there is a free trial. Just ask simon on his website.
