As to a short term bounce, I have taken a quick look at the Master Time Factor forecast to try to see when the forecast line will make a turn, and find that a turn is indicated shortly...within days.

Since I'm not opening a new thread in the XJO forum for this chart, I believe it would not be amiss for me to just post the chart below here in this forum to show you what I mean, as we are on this topic right now. I've marked down the date I see the chord length of the turning point on the chart for the XJO.



On this basis, its whether the index will bounce off from the median of the lower portion of the pitchfork where it has hit on last Friday or will it continue to move down to the lower tine of the pitchfork...all within the next 3 trading days to get within the time window of the forecasted turn. So let's see how it goes.
