FYI.. I got Melbourne at 52.5% with the option to move up.
1. I don't count properties sold before auction. No different from advertising as a private sale, but with the auction as the header. This is not an auction result.
2. I count the 88 'no result' (over 12%) as unsold. Why doesn't the REIV factor this into their weekly Saturday spruik?
P.s. Even IF the final result was 64% it's nothing to chime at in the peak selling season.
