the last time i checked there were extremely defamatory comments made by identifiable people about the organisations who compile this data
why anybody takes notice of it i dont know
auction clearances rates are just advertisements for auctioneers
if the methodology and data is not open and reproducible by a third party, why bother?
i think Case Schillers falls into that category, dont think anything in OZ does other than ABS data
