I thought something along those lines, but just asked the question to see if I was missing something (as it perplexes me as to why the sp hasn't rallied). Don't both answering that...I guess I already know the answers - market down, people not taking risks, people wanting to jump onboard only after there are results, people not willing to take the risk of a slight sp increase notwithstanding potential gains, etc, etc,..still perplexes me though :)
