    11 July 2008 - Cancellation of Unlisted Employee Share Options
    In accordance with the provisions of the Central Petroleum Limited Employee Share Option Scheme, the Company has cancelled 1,200,000 unlisted employee share options exercisable at a price of $0.30 on or before 30 November 2010 due to employee resignation.
