with relation to super fast computer trading done on the basis of an algorithm program, do you believe that a perfectly efficient market is created, or do we get a significant overshoot of pricing beyond the ideal price? If we get regular overshooting, then it would create great scalping opportunities for someone with a fast computer, and prepared to be watching the screen for a couple of hours per day.
