Carnarvon petroleum (cvn)', has been punished by falling production and has recently hit mufti year lows, with a current mc of approx $50m. They hold 40% of Thailand licenses with their JV partner currently changing hands giving cvn's assets and look through value of approx $118 million. They have committed to ramping up production to 3000bopd by dec 31 2012, if they can achieve this they could rally some more leading into year end. Plenty of volume recently. Currently not held.
