Breakout on heavy volume on Friday 23rd (TA) due a release which included acknowledgement of potential takeover parties(FA); "Following a number of unsolicited approaches from major copper focused resource companies looking for advanced copper exploration properties, Laconia has established a Virtual Data Room allowing companies to access technical data under relevant confidentiality agreements. A number of companies that have executed a confidentiality agreement have commenced viewing the data".
The takeaway here is that there's a $4m Mcap company with high grade surface copper and now a number of companies are combing through the data.
