Ok Pilsner i think i got that problem with getting both extensions and retractions working reliably .In the left hand bottom corner of your chart is two arrows .Click on the top one is vertical axis bar spacings. Move that down so the chart with the candles moves up leaving you space for retractions.
Seems to work quite well now using both fr and fx lines.I moved mine to 35% , default is five percent.
