Nkwe Platinum Limited (NKP) is a platinum-group minerals exploration and development company focusing on the Bushveld Complex in South Africa. NKP currently aims at development of its flagship project, Garatau/Tubaste Projects, in the Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Complex and has formed a strategic partnership with Zijin Mining Group(market value 10 Billion)
in respect of the development of Nkwe South African PGM assets, and in particular the flagship Garatau Mining Project.
As part of the Strategic Partnership,Zijin, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Jin Jiang Mining Limited (“ Jin Jiang), will invest AUD $20 million in Nkwe by a placement of 3 year convertible bonds Completion of the Transaction is subject to satisfaction of a number of Conditions which all except one have been met so far.

With 20m/oz of PGM worth $30 Billion things are set to take off again.
