The discussion was on Total Tonnage Guestimates for TON:ASX Balama North Project assuming the graphite continues to be found in line with the Vtem Survey completed thus far (Correlation between VTEM and 300m Intersections has been very strong)... See Diagram VTEM below ...
OK So what your saying is Mgmt of Syr used 2.1 - 2.6 SG (Specific Gravity) or 1 Cubic metre is equivalent to 2.1 tonnes -2.6 Tonnes in weight
So to lets recalc based on an average figure of 2.35 SG (half way between 2.1 and 2.6)
So each drill line is 850m long, each drill line is 200m apart , Average depth of intersection is 300m @ 10% Total graphite and the Weight in each cubic metre is 2.35 Tonnes (or 2.35 Sg)
850m x 300m x 200m x 2.35 = 119,850,000 Tonnes in each additional 200m Line drilled
and 11.98mt of contained Graphite
Now over 5km (or 25 different drill lines.)
25 x 119 kt = 2.99 Billion Tonnes at 10% Graphiteor 300mt of contained Graphite
Now being super optimistic (perhaps unrealistically optimistic) :-
If you up the strike length to 6km x 1km wide x 400m deep you get a figure around :-
6000 long x 1000 wide x 400 deep x 2.35 SG = 5.,640 Bill Tonnes @ 10% Graphite
For Nicanda Hill alone ... Starts to get silly IMHO
Personally I'll stick to the lower end and say we will have at least what SYR has as current Jorc approx (1.2 Bt @ 10%)
The Important "Take away" point is this -
The real point I'm trying to stress here is that for every drill line completed successfully (With 850 length x 200m drill line spacing and 300m Depth @ 10% Graphite) we are potentially adding 100+Mt to the Jorc (10 Mt Contained) and thus the value of the company should step up to reflect this ... So the Market cap should also jump accordingly with each one completed with assays that reflect these numbers.
Said Another way ...most Graphite deposits around the world are less that 100Mt @ 10% Graphite... so in essence with each line drilled TON is effectively adding a additional graphite deposit to its resource.
Clear as Mud Right !!
Diagram below target statement assumed a depth of 150m ... however drilling thus far has confirmed its still open at depth at 400m deep and that it extends at least to the edge of Geophys anomaly on the diagram to the northwest before diving undercover and is open to the north east.
