    no idea about the DPI & how many t's to be crossed & i's dotted, martha.

    when you consider that MCO have been revamping the operation since january/february then you would think that a lot of work has already passed thru the DPI for the big tick (beautiful)....tick (beautiful)....tick (lovely).

    one thing for sure, a few weeks ago GSE liked the story so much they threw $1m. at MCO (beautiful). and i wouldn't be surprised to hear down the track that bigger fish are circling too.
