If nkwe sign a jv with anyone but Anglo the legal action will limit the upside for a long time IMO.

Anglo et al. are obviously asking for unreasonable terms.

X or other will no doubt also want excellent terms while the threat of legal actions continue during any development.

On the flip side my gut tells me Anglo et al would be mad not to deal and put the Dmr off side now they have officially sided with nkwe. Could hurt them big style in the long run.

It's certainly not over by a long shot. But this round goes to nkwe on points I think.

This is high stakes stuff.
