Like I said, it is clear the DMR have had enough of the posturing by ARM and have called their bluff.
If ARM want to take this to court, then so be it.
I also don't think it will sway any potential JV partner (if there actually is one!)
The risks are clear and well known.
What the outcome will be, we will know in coming days/weeks.
Still not buying any shares yet.
