watso's strategy - is that on the hour - every hour, to have 5 minutes of total focussed prayer - with all of our concentrated thought processes .. focussed on sending the pleadings out into the cosmos - so that the almighty might hear the message
after 5 minutes of energy sapping focussed prayer - then rest for 55 minutes - before the next prayer session ...
