I suspect Europe is 7-10 days away from a serious 2nd lockdown.
What a gnarly time to be a G20 national leader ... I reckon they couldn’t give the gig away to anyone if they tried their hardest ... talk about a poisoned chalice!
Such an honest post ... it’s nigh on impossible to have predicted how the 20 yrs post GFC would have played out to this point ... the only thing I can claim is being spurious for 20 years or more how globalisation could end well for the West ... it never made sense to me to countries ALLOWING jobs and productive capacity as well as sense of self worth for many to be lost ... the name and imagery of The Rust Belt is gut wrenching to me.
